Job Description

Result of Service Developing survey tools, data collection instruments, and research protocols for both quantitative and qualitative components. Coordinating and overseeing field data collection in collaboration with the County research team, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and data quality protocols. Conducting literature review and data analysis on market pricing. Preparing draft and final analytical papers and presentations on the study’s details, progress, and findings, including recommendations for improved pricing models and policy implications. Providing technical and administrative support to the Finance and Economy Team and representing UN-Habitat in coordination meetings with County counterparts and project partners. Conducting research on the finance and economy needs of other PFES teams and identifying possible entry points.
