WHAT YOU WILL DOAs an Operations Trainee, you will develop hands-on expertise in running and optimizing the operations of a versatile and dynamic startup. Your responsibilities will include:
Manage customer service channels, including handling Zendesk tickets and the phone hotline, with a view to automate repetitive tasks. Process bookings, maintain documentation, and continually refine workflows with AI to boost productivity and accuracy. Communicate with locals and travelers to ensure high satisfaction, while driving efficiencies in how we manage these interactions. ABOUT YOUProblem Solver: Excited to solve challenges ad-hoc. Analytical Thinker: Comfortable with data analysis and strategic problem-solving to identify and address bottlenecks. Hands-On & Proactive: Ready to execute plans and SOPs with precision and a “just-do-it” attitude. Organized Communicator:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus). WHAT WE OFFERA comprehensive 2-year traineeship in an international Swiss startup during its scale-up phase. Hands-on learning in all areas of business operations, from process optimization to scaling strategies. A clear pathway to transition into a full-time leadership role, such as Operations Associate or Chief of Staff, upon program completion. A supportive work environment based in St. Gallen, Switzerland, with a monthly traineeship salary of CHF 2’500 in the first year and CHF 3’500 in the second.
