We are on a mission to allow everyone to understand and be understood in their own language.Our success stems from a unique blend of the world’s #1 adaptive neural machine translation technology (IDC MarketScape 2022), the largest network of vetted, native-speaking professional translators, and top-ranked AI-enabled text, audio, and video translation tools (Gartner, 2022).By leveraging a seamless symbiosis of artificial intelligence and human creativity, we design custom localization projects that were previously unthinkable, helping more than 280,000 clients grow their businesses worldwide.We are looking for a Localization Program Manager for a fixed-term position covering a leave of absence.We are seeking a Localization Program Manager for our Enterprise clients who will lead the design and execution of tailored operational strategies, ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale localization programs that meet contractual, process and technology requirements.We are offering an in-house position at our Headquarters in RomeAs a Localization Program Manager, you will design and drive the overall operational strategy for one or more Enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with quality, delivery, and technology standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Product Managers, Quality Managers, and Project Managers - to define integration requirements and optimize localization and quality management processes. The Program Manager plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and strengthening long-term client relationships, working closely with the Account Manager to deliver operational and strategic excellence.Key responsibilitiesOversee projects and activities for a specific client, ensuring adherence to contractual, process, and technology requirements. Maintain client-specific Program Plan and Asana project, tracking backlog of all activities, including technical aspects.Collaborate with Account Managers to define service offerings, program goals and ensure customer satisfaction with the quality of service and support provided by the team. Collaborate with Product Managers during the definition of integration requirements and throughout the development and implementation, acting as the first technical point of contact for customers.Collaborate with Quality Managers and Project Managers during the definition of management processes, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication between teams, balancing their needs and aligning with the overall program plan.Attend all client meetings, including technical ones, ensuring agreed processes and workflows are followed and clients receive proper support.Develop strong relationships with customers and serve as the single point of contact for both clients and Account Managers on overall operational aspects of the program.Monitor key financial metrics to ensure revenue and profitability aligns with or surpasses targets, making data-driven decisions for improvement.Requirements5+ years of previous experience in localization in one of these roles: Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, Project Manager. Demonstrated history of being a self-driven, motivated, and outcome-oriented professional who actively seeks ownership and accountability. Comfortable navigating in an environment with ambiguity and fluidity.Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, delivering information in a concise, fact-based, and informative manner. Capable of simplifying complex information.Boasts outstanding organizational skills, excelling in prioritization and managing competing demands.
