Position: Location Head – MaduraiLocation: Madurai, Tamil NaduExperience Required: 15+ years in the AEC IndustryLanguage Requirement: Fluency in Tamil (Mandatory), English (Professional)Role OverviewThe Location Head – Madurai will be responsible for leading, managing, and scaling the Maduraioperations, aligning local strategies with global business goals. This senior leader will overseedelivery excellence, client satisfaction, people management, and business growth, while ensuringcultural alignment and strong community engagement in Tamil Nadu.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic & Operational Leadership Lead BIM operations for Madurai location, ensuring project delivery as per quality, schedule,and client requirements. Align location goals with overall organizational objectives and business growth strategies. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and methodologies. Act as the face of Pinnacle Infotech in Tamil Nadu, representing the company with clients,industry bodies, and local stakeholders.2. AEC Industry Expertise Oversee delivery of BIM/AEC projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. Drive adoption of cutting-edge tools, processes, and international best practices in Maduraioperations. Ensure compliance with global standards, ISO practices, and data security policies.3. People Leadership & Culture Building Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BIM professionals across trades (Architecture,Structure, MEP, etc.). Manage workforce planning, hiring, training, and retention to support growth. Ensure smooth coordination between Madurai operations and other Pinnacle locations(Durgapur, Jaipur, Kolkata, Bangalore, international offices). Champion employee engagement, retention, and local hiring strategies.4. Project Delivery & Client Management Oversee project allocation, progress tracking, and quality assurance for all BIM deliverables. Ensure effective client communication, escalation management, and satisfaction. Support business development by providing technical expertise in client interactions.5. Stakeholder Management Work closely with global leadership (CEO, CTO, CFO) to align local operations with globalstrategy. Manage client relationships, project escalations, and ensure delivery excellence. Build strong relationships with local government bodies, universities, and industryassociations to strengthen Pinnacle’s presence in Tamil Nadu.Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 15 years in the AEC industry with strong exposure to leadership roles. Leadership Background: Proven success in heading large delivery centers/ regionaloperations. Language Skills: Native of Tamil is mandatory; strong English communication skills required. Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of BIM, engineering design workflows, and globalproject delivery models. Management Skills: Expertise in P&L management, people leadership, and stakeholderengagement. Personal Traits: Strategic thinker, culturally sensitive leader, strong decision-making ability,and excellent interpersonal skills.Candidates can share there cv-shivangi.manandhar@etenico.com
