Do you have a passion for ramen, thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership and have the drive to lead a dynamic team to success?Now is your chance - we are looking for a Location Manager at Ramen to Biiru!About the roleAt Ramen to Biiru, you will be joining a diverse team and lead a group of great people with passion for delivering an inspiring and adventurous Japanese Street Food experience to every guest in Copenhagen!As a Location Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent service, food quality, and smooth daily operations. The role includes, but is not limited to:Leading by example through hands-on service and team supportManaging ordering and inventory of beer and ramen suppliesOrganizing shift planning and staff scheduling according to set goals and needsOnboarding and training new team membersDriving sales and promoting our brandYou will have support from the management team across the Ramen organization, who carry a wide variation of backgrounds and seniority in the industry – so great sparring is easy to get on a day-to-day level. You will have a direct support of the Operation Manager, Nikola, and a dedicated work group located at Mikkeller HQ.What are we looking for?If you have a forward thinking “can-do” attitude, and experience working in a fast- paced retail setting, we are looking for you! You will need to be organized, flexible,and quick on your feet and in your head.
