If you want to be part of an organization that allows you to connect your passion for improving the lives of others to purpose, we invite you to join our team of housing champions!What will you do?RoleUnder limited supervision you will perform support tasks related to the to the purchase of mortgage loans by SC Housing in our Single-Family Homeownership Programs. In this role you will:Ability to analyze rate sheets provided from our TBA Administrator and make appropriate assessment of daily interest rates Meet with management to discuss changes and updates to program rates Responsible for daily posting and updates to single-family mortgage program rates to the lender portal Support pricing desk by fulfilling rate lock, re-lock, lock extension, and lock change requestsUpdate system with appropriate and required pricing changes and/or lock extensions.Monitor and report on the entire locked pipeline, weekly and monthly settlement and gain on sale calculations. Ability to carry out all lock desk policies and proceduresPerform regular analysis of program documentation in cooperation with program management to ensure compliance with all program, and regulatory requirements and update accordinglyPerform AdHoc reporting as requestedEnsure compliance with applicable program and insurer requirementsProvide high level of service to customers consisting of loan officers, processors, underwriters, management and business partners.Stay abreast of industry changes, monitor and participate in available training for continued developmentMinimum And Additional RequirementsA high school diploma and three (3) years of applicable experience in housing subsidy programs, mortgage banking, accounting, real estate or another related field.An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted to meet the agency minimum requirements. (i.e. 1 year of education = 1 year of related experience).Must be able to lift and carry files, books, and reports weighing up to 20 lbs. Must be able to perform filing, desk work, and operate general office equipment. Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged or intermittent periods of time while sharing, gathering, or presenting information to other staff members or external parties. The employee must be able to perform these tasks with or without reasonable accommodations.
