Job DescriptionDeployment: Monitor locker inventory and assist with deployment at commercial sites Vendor Management: Collaborate with locker vendors to address setup requirements and respond to business-related inquiriesTroubleshooting: Help identify and resolve root causes of locker-related issues, such as missing or lost parcels and double bookingsLocker Operations Specialist: Maintain a thorough understanding of locker systems and workflows to optimise efficiency and resolve operational challenges RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldStrong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideasProactive and self-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a teamPrior experience in sales or business development will be advantageous
