Complete understanding and extensive application knowledge of technical principles, theories and concepts in industry standards as they relate to Wire Harness Development Can independently determine and develop approaches in regards to technical solutions for a wide range of difficult problems. Identifies and initiates necessary process improvement actions for Fabrication processes for wire harness fabrication, considering such factors as accessibility, economy, mobility, and performance requirements within a fabrication business unit. The position requires wire harness architecture development, implementation, technical check, design review, production/flight-line fault isolation, and continuous improvement.
Represent electrical harness development in design reviews for quality, producibility, harness interference and training the Mock-Up Development Mechanics within the CATIA architecture to ensure integrity in the Wire Harness build processes. The candidate should work with key manufacturing elements to maintain through-put on wire harness, production illustration and quality report resolutions.
