This position is for a Cyber Software Engineer working for Lockheed Martin Enterprise Information Technology (EIT), Corporate Information Security (CIS) – Protect team.
Development & Automation Engineer And Security Analyst Responsibilities Implement software features and infrastructure as code in support of backlog requirements Perform root cause analysis of system faults, produce detailed report, derive implementation to address faults Support use of and implementation of DevOps requirements such as CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Technical testing of significant maintenance / operational / upgrade activities, and process enhancements/updatesThis position will involve heavy collaboration and consulting with numerous business area/business unit representatives, with adherence to the highest standards of ethics and professional conduct. This will likely require the ability to work flexible hours.
A development background, familiarity with cloud-based security tools, automation, DevOps, and full stack engineering coupled with effective verbal and written communication skills and management of priorities and deliverables will be used in the completion of your mission. While this role is scoped as a Full-Time Telecommute (Remote) role, preference is for geographical proximity to a major Lockheed Martin facility.
