We seek a strategic and results-driven Regional Vice President to lead Sales & Business Development across North Asia (including key markets like China, Japan, and Korea). This pivotal role drives revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and elevating sales excellence within our People Solutions (PS) division. You will be a key advisor on market trends and insurance benefits, shaping Lockton’s market leadership in Asia. Key Responsibilities: Drive New Business Revenue: Proactively identify and acquire new clients through market research, networking, and strategic lead generation. Develop & Execute Growth Strategies:

Collaborate with local PS country teams and global leaders to create and implement strategies for new revenue streams and market expansion. Lead Cross-Selling Initiatives: Identify and develop opportunities to cross-sell PS services within Asia and across other Lockton business lines to expand the client portfolio. Enhance Sales Excellence: Elevate sales and distribution standards across assigned countries. Partner with local PS leaders to optimize performance, achieve sales targets, and build strategic partnerships. Global & Regional Collaboration: Support new business opportunities in other regions through Global & Regional Benefits Management (GBM) initiatives. Introduce Lockton’s GBM propositions to Asian clients. Market Intelligence & Innovation:

Keep the PS Asia team informed on market developments (insurance carriers, HR services, health/wellbeing tech, value-added services) and integrate innovations into Lockton’s offerings. Serve as Subject Matter Expert: Provide deep expertise in employee benefits and insurance, contributing significantly to the overall success of the PS Asia team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or client management within the insurance/employee benefits/consulting sector, with significant exposure to Asia. Proven track record of driving significant new business revenue and exceeding sales targets in complex markets.

Strong understanding of employee benefits, talent, risk solutions across AseanExtensive experience in carrier relationship management, placement operations, and the employee benefits insurance landscape. Ability to analyze client businesses, industries, and challenges to develop and execute winning strategic plans. Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and close high-value business opportunities. Highly professional negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve objectives and maximize value. Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams across multiple countries and functions.
