Job Title: Store Project & VM ExecutiveContract Period: 1-year Contract (Contract period can be extended under work performance and company's circumstances.)Location: Seoul, KoreaJob Purpose:This role is responsible for the administration and support for LOEWE store projects (New/Relocation), including store updates and maintenance on flagship store, department stores and outlet.To assist in the coordination of store windows, in-store displays, and related production tasks, ensuring visual setups follow LOEWE’s global guidelines and contribute to a consistent brand image and positive client experience.Report to Sr. Store Project Manager and Visual Merchandising ManagerJob Responsibilities:Mainly support and assist for the project documents and coordinate with all external parties and consultants, such as GC, millworker, suppliers, etc.Assist to prepare the project package by gathering all the necessary information.Handle documentation and efficient project administration to support store maintenance, update, and new opening projects.Update and prepare internal documents to assist the store projects of department, flagship projects.Handling Importing materials and fixture with logistics and overseas vendors (schedule, qty etc.,)Collect and report weekly site progress report and check the progress statues.Any other administrative duties assigned from time to time.Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate and communication with internal (store, retail etc.) and external parties to solve and manage the maintenance issues on all LOEWE stores in Korea. Monitor and manage financial issues of maintenance, such as budgets, tracking expenses and optimizing the cost efficiency etc.Coordinating maintenance schedule and quality with the view of priority and efficiency with keeping the quality of the stores.Store project / Maintenance Property management: tracking and preparing proper documents for store project properties in warehouse and manage their IN & OUT for store projects, updates and maintenance with the corporation of logistic team.Support VM display setup and execution mainly at Casa, as well as during events and store openings (six or more times a year)Assist in maintaining the in-store environment - seasonal flower installationsArrange sample shipments and pick-ups with local and overseas vendorsCoordinate prop deliveries with vendors and the logistics team to ensure on-time project launchesHandle administrative tasks such as vendor registration, expense tracking, and NMD requestsManage inventory and monitor the quality and relevance of VM display propsProvide support on various ad hoc duties and projects as neededRequirements:Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior architecture/ Visual merchandising, Art, Graphic design or related departmentFluent in both languages in English & Korea.Minimum 2~3 years of experience in retail design and construction management (Knowledgeable of store project process and GC, millwork standards, details, construction etc.,)/ experience in the field of visual merchandisingProficiency in MS applications, auto CAD, photoshop and sketch up is highly needed.Strong time manage and prioritization skills.Good interpersonal and communications skills.: driven and adaptablePositive and eager to learn.Flexible schedule, including early mornings and occasional night work during setup periods
