Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics.Your role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for a Logistics Manager EU - based in Pognano (Bergamo) to join KIKO MILANO’s Operations Team and reporting to the Global Logistics Director to handle the KIKO distribution on our European Channels.In particular, you will:Oversee product distribution to all direct stores across the EUManage logistics and shipments for e-commerce operations within the EUSupervise logistics and deliveries to wholesale and franchising partners in the EUBe responsible for the UK Dark Store operationsLead and coordinate a team of 5 people, plus the UK Dark Store teamAct as the main point of contact for logistics suppliers and service providersNegotiate transportation rates and contracts with carriersCollaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Planning, Commercial, etc.) to ensure smooth operationsDesign and optimize processes to improve supply chain efficiency and organizationWork closely with warehouse teams to ensure service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI) are metWhat you will need to succeedBachelor’s degree in Engineering, or similar fieldAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role; experience in retail and/or e-commerce environments is a plusFluent in EnglishHighly collaborative style and ability to work in teamsAbility to conduct meetings with peers, more senior colleagues, clients and suppliersBe familiar with common IT integrations and flowsBe familiar with 3PL and transports management systemsWe would love if you hadStrong willingness to learn and grow within the roleProven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneouslyExcellent active listening and communication skillsNatural leadership and a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetProfessional presence and ability to represent the company with high standardsStrong emotional intelligence and interpersonal awarenessOpenness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvementResilience and ability to perform effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all’integrazione delle persone con disabilità all’interno dell’azienda.
