🚨 Strategic Logistics Manager – We’re Hiring!We are looking for a highly skilled Logistics Manager to lead and coordinate all import, export, customs, transportation, and warehousing processes — ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with internal and external commitments🌐 Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute strategies for importation, nationalization, transport, and storageEnsure compliance with Colombian customs (DIAN) regulations and support auditsApply and monitor OEA standards across logistics operations (certification highly desirable)Analyze KPIs and manage supplier performance and contracts through HQ bidding processesSupervise transport operations, validate costs and PODsEnsure SAGRILAFT and legal/compliance reportingGenerate reports: inventory by project, cost comparisons, market analysis🎓 Profile:Degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or similar5+ years of experience in customs procedures, transportation laws, warehousing, and container managementStrong command of Colombian trade and customs regulationsAdvanced proficiency in English and SpanishExpertise in OEA compliance, including risk management and secure trade practices.
