Someone who wants to grow with us. We are looking for a new team member to make Eating Point ready for the future. At the beginning of the job, you will be supervised by our Event & Logistic Manager. They will show you the inner workings of the warehouse and logistics, and everything to know to organized and handle events from A to Z. One of your main task will be to manage this production and be able to use your creativity to continue to develop this department. After that, you will be working alone as well as in a team. Let’s talk business! The Logistics, Warehouse & Event Officer will work in the Event & Logistics pole.  Your main missions:  For the Warehouse Management (60%), you: Manage and motivate a versatile logistics student team  Recruit new students to the team and make sure they have the right tools to work in an efficient way Elaborate each week’s planning, following the events program Keep the warehouse neat and organized  Coordinate the logistics of vehicles and materials (unloading, cleaning, reparation, etc.) Keep the warehouse and vehicles neat and organized (sock management, drinks count, making sure the vehicles are in good condition, that the vehicles are properly parked, etc.)  Monitor logistics KPIs and implement concrete solutions to increase efficiency  Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards  For the Event & Logistics (40%), you: Organize events from A to Z for small to middle size events thanks to the tools provided ; Help manage our students team during the preparation and tidying up of our events ; Recruit new students to the team and make sure they have the right tools to work in an efficient way Be an ambassador of Eating Point !   Are you the one? If you are passionate about Events and Logistics, this post is for you!  - Positive attitude and team spirit are essential for joining the team ! - French + Professional knowledge of Dutch and English. - You are a motivator and enjoy managing a young team of students. - #loveforfood : strong interest in Catering !  - Versatile, flexible, organized, and stress resistant !  - Class B Driver’s license.
