The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our logistics team, ensuring that all logistics operations are running efficiently and effectively. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-paced environment.Shift Monday to Friday, 7 00am – 3 00pmHybrid working model available upon the completion of training (approx. 6 months)Key ResponsibilitiesRelease domestic orders and confirm export containersRun daily uplift sheets and email to transport/enter jobs into transport portalMaintain daily trackers including inbound pallets and vehicle movementsVerify inbound/outbound product temps and maintain freezer temp logsLiaise with vendors/engineers for maintenance and repairsManage/ plan and execute South island export ordersMaintain accurate records and reports, including data entry and spreadsheet managementProvide administrative support to the logistics team as requiredWe're looking for someone with Administrative experience, preferably in a logistics or transport environmentProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelBasic understanding of logistics and export knowledge (desirable)Highly organised and efficient, with excellent time management skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamQuick learner with excellent problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhy Join Us?We believe in fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
