Logistics Analyst

What To ExpectAs a Logistics Analyst you will be supporting our global production and service operations (EMEA) to deliver the components on time in the right place. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing logistics operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs. You will be working in an international environment in an international team. If you have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and passion for streamlining logistics processes, we invite you to join our team.What You'll DoOperational & tactical responsibility for planning & control of shipments for materials export from Europe to EMEA as main fulfiller and globally as second fulfiller. Identify costs-saving opportunities and recommend optimization strategies, such as route optimization, vendor selection. Maintain relationships with transportation partners. Maintain Key performance indicators and dashboards to track logistics performance. Ensure the Stakeholder is provided excellent service throughout the shipment process including quick response to inquiries and problem resolution. Work with, maintain and develop functions within Transport Management System (TMS) Support during tendering and on-boarding process of carriers and suppliers. Administrative tasks around transportation (provide legally required documentation, resolve accounting issues).What You'll Bring3-5 years’ experience in global logistics operations or manufacturing environment preferred (automotive industry experience a plus). Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, macros) and SQL for data extraction and analysis.Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).Working knowledge of freight auditing, carrier management, and logistics cost modeling.
