Our cross-border logistics network ensures efficient fulfillment while upholding our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Shipping• Plan, coordinate, and monitor domestic and cross-border shipments between Canada and the USA.• Select and manage carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant delivery.• Ensure proper documentation for international shipping (e.g., customs declarations, bills of lading, commercial invoices).• Monitor shipping schedules and resolve delays or issues as they arise.• Negotiate freight rates and service terms with logistics providers.Inventory Management• Oversee inventory levels and stock movement across all warehouse locations in Canada and the USA.• Coordinate inter-warehouse transfers to balance stock and meet demand.• Implement and manage inventory tracking systems to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.• Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.Process Optimization & Reporting• Analyze logistics and inventory data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.• Maintain KPIs and generate regular reports on inventory turnover, delivery performance, and warehouse utilization.• Develop and document SOPs for logistics and inventory processes.Requirements• Experience: 3+ years in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations, preferably in a cross-border context.• Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. shipping regulations and customs procedures.• Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Fishbowl, etc.) and shipping software.• Experience in Microsoft Excel.• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).• Experience with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers and warehouse coordination.• Familiarity with EDI, WMS, or ERP systems.Work Conditions• Primarily remote-based with regular coordination with warehouse teams and logistics companies.What We Offer • Competitive pay • Performance-based YE bonus• Fitness Allowance• Beverage and Sports Nutrition products to promote an active and healthy lifestyle• Positive work culture • Work life balance• a team of animal lovers!
