Logistics and Procurement Manager

Recruitment agency Sumisni is looking for an experienced Logistics and Procurement Manager for Gazer, a leading brand and manufacturer of automotive electronics that is rapidly expanding in both domestic and international markets. The company specializes in innovative automotive solutions, prioritizes driver safety, and values professionalism within its team.🌐 Company website: gazer.comFully remoteKey Responsibilities:Conduct negotiations with factories in China: organize procurement processes, secure the most favorable prices and terms, maximize discounts and bonuses through volume potential.Analyze market trends, monitor product cost and pricing, identify optimal suppliers.Maintain financial records for all factory payments, control settlements, and organize and approve payments.Organize and coordinate the work of the QC (Quality Control) team on the production line, oversee inspection results, and ensure product quality at all stages.Demonstrate a solid understanding of logistics processes: prepare necessary shipping documentation, negotiate with transport companies, request and analyze freight rates.Conduct regular “tenders” among freight carriers to ensure optimal delivery terms and costs.Fully manage cargo movement from the factory to the warehouse in Ukraine or other destinations.Candidate Requirements:Confident command of English (B2 level or higher).Proven experience working with factories in China (negotiations, purchasing, tendering).Understanding of the specifics of the Chinese market, production processes, and business communication culture.Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to secure advantageous terms.Experience managing and supervising QC teams at production sites.Hands-on experience in organizing international logistics: documentation, communication with carriers, cost calculation, and process optimization.Ability to handle financial calculations and control payments.High sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and initiative.Would be an advantage:Knowledge of Chinese language.Experience in large international business environments.Ability to work efficiently in a multitasking setting.@s_kompani_sumisni
