Logistics Associate (E-commerce)

Job Summary:The Logistics Associate (E-commerce) is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods within the company’s online retail operations. This includes order processing, inventory monitoring, coordination with couriers and warehouse teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor daily order fulfillment from online platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook).Ensure accurate and timely shipment of customer orders in coordination with warehouse and courier partners.Track and update delivery status and resolve any shipping or logistics-related issues.Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure proper documentation of inbound and outbound shipments.Prepare and maintain logistics reports, including delivery performance, shipment accuracy, and return summaries.Collaborate with the customer service team to address order discrepancies, damaged items, or delivery delays.Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and third-party logistics providers to optimize operations.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and logistics procedures.Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness in logistics and fulfillment activities.
