Confidence that moves.We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Associate Manager to oversee warehouse operations. This role is critical in managing complex logistics workflows, including the handling of loaner instruments and consigned implants. The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience in the medical device industry and be capable of managing time-sensitive inventory with precision and accountability.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:・Supervise daily logistics activities for spine-related products, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and the 3PL warehouse partner. Maintain operational accuracy and compliance across all inventory movements.・Coordinate with the 3PL to prepare, ship, and retrieve kits for surgeries. Ensure kits are complete and delivered on time to meet surgical schedules.・Act as the main point of contact for the 3PL warehouse provider. Ensure they follow company standards for documentation, and regulatory compliance. Provide guidance and feedback to maintain service quality.・Track logistics KPIs and identify areas for improvement in collaboration with the 3PL. Lead initiatives to streamline operations, reduce turnaround times, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities)・Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.・Proficiency in inventory systems(WMS) and Microsoft Office tools.・Effective communication skills for working with internal teams and external vendors.・Experience managing loaner kits and consigned inventory is a plus・English proficiency is preferred but not required.Education/Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in the medical device or orthopedic industry.Experience working with 3PL providers
