Company DescriptionAt Shipflow, our mission is to use AI technology to automate logistics operations throughout the shipment lifecycle for freight and transportation companies.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Logistics Automation Manager to join our growing team.This is a remote role with flexible time commitment—ideal for either part-time or full-time engagement.In this role, you’ll work directly with the Sales team to drive automation adoption within the logistics industry. You’ll play a key part in identifying high-impact opportunities, engaging with logistics managers and executives, and helping them understand how Shipflow’s AI solutions can transform their operations.ResponsibilitiesBuild and nurture relationships with potential customers, guiding them through the early stages of the sales process.Identify internal automation opportunities within logistics organizations and show how Shipflow’s AI solutions can address them.Research target logistics companies, analyze their operational workflows, and prepare executive summaries to support business development discussions with the founders.Qualifications10+ years of experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.Strong understanding of logistics workflows (e.g., booking, documentation, shipment tracking, exception handling).Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with executives and operations teams.Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment.Experience in sales, business development, or process automation is a plus.What we offerCompetitive commission bonus.Remote flexibility—work from anywhere as long as you’re driving results.Work directly with founders—you’ll have a front-row seat to decision-making and strategy.Opportunities for advancement as you grow with the companyAccess to cutting-edge AI tech that’s transforming industries.
