Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise closely with customers and operations team on order fulfillment, inventory & shipment related activitiesWorking closely with operations team to provide information/ feedbacks to customers on operational issues and co-ordinate with customers to resolve all issuesGenerate KPIs and transactional reports to internal and external customers on a timely basisVerify vendor invoices and liaise with vendor for any discrepanciesMonitor the usage of warehouse supplies and raise POs for replenishmentCoordinate the urgent order fulfillment with customer, operations and transporterEnsure the accuracy and timely update of system transactionsPerform other required duties or task when assignedMaintain compliance with all company policies and proceduresSupport daily operations tasks if neededAny other duties as assigned by manager from time to timeWe are looking forDiploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalentAt least 2 years of relevant working experience in the logistics industry preferredComputer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) & Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Exceed SystemGood verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersMust be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, and pressured environmentPositive, independent attitude and Good Team Player
