LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support the company’s logistics needs.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for handling freight and shipments for the company, including:Planning, coordinating and monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments.Negotiating and managing contracts and freight prices.Identifying and implementing process improvements.Preparing and managing shipping documentation.Ensuring compliance with national and international transport regulations (e.g. Incoterms, customs clearance).Maintaining accurate records of all shipments.Overseeing proper handling and documentation of dangerous goods and hazardous materials.Close collaboration with Warehouse Manager and team.Proactive communication with C-level managers to ensure alignment on logistics and operational needs. Qualifications, Skills And Experience Required5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain or freight forwarding.Excellent communication skills in Danish and English (written and spoken). Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Extremely organised, detail-oriented and able to manage many different tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.Experience handling dangerous goods and hazardous materials is a plus.A valid driver’s license.SALARIES, WORKING HOURS AND GROWTH OPPORTUNITIESYour salary will be determined based on your skills and experience.
