Logistics Coordinator

Please note that M3 is hiring on behalf of another company.Southern Fruit Growers, with their head office in Somerset West, is seeking a detail-oriented and systematic Logistics Coordinator, with proven experience in logistics systems and procedures, to join their team. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.Duties will include (but not be limited to): *Capture and validate pallet and shipment information *Coordinate pallet movements, inspections, and labelling with cold stores *Prepare loading instructions and shipment documentation *Liaise with shipping agents on space bookings and container movements *Monitor shipments and update clients and internal teams *Support the claims and mock recall processes as needed *all other tasks related to the role.Essential qualifications, skills and experience:• Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics or related field;• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, specifically in the fruit export industry;• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, specifically Excel) - experience in iRoot will be advantageous;• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English);• Valid driver’s license.Please apply online at www.m3online.co.za before 09:00 on 18 November 2025.
