Logistics Coordinator – Nordic Region (Copenhagen)Join a dynamic Nordic logistics team with a global footprint in Pharma.Now is your opportunity to become part of a great, fast-moving Nordic logistics team based in Copenhagen.Whether you are a newly graduated supply chain professional with a few years of experience, or a seasoned expert who wishes to move away from managerial duties in favor of a more operational role — this could be your next career step.About the RoleWe are recruiting on behalf of one of our global clients for a Logistics Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the Nordic region across downstream supply chain operations — including Logistics, Order-to-Invoice, Process Optimization, Narcotics, Safety Stock Management, and Compliance.You will operate within GDP (Good Distribution Practice) standards and be part of a collaborative and international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesYour main focus will be 3PL Logistics Management, including but not limited to:Managing day-to-day logistics operationsEnsuring compliance with internal and external standards and supporting auditsOverseeing supplier and 3PL relationshipsDeveloping and maintaining SLAsMonitoring KPIs, performance, and cost controlMaintaining best business practices and driving process improvementsContributing to continuous improvement initiativesAdditional responsibilities include:Stock and sales reconciliation with local 3PL/4PL partnersMonthly closure, reporting, and data analysisThis position is considered GxP.Your ProfileRequired Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related fieldStrong English language skills (one or more Nordic languages is an advantage)ERP experience (preferably SAP or Oracle)Preferred Skills & ExperienceTeam-oriented mindset and ability to work to deadlinesExperience in logistics or warehouse projects (including team coordination)Knowledge of import/export regulations and GDP complianceStrong systems proficiency and data analysis skillsUnderstanding of downstream processes and local trade environments within PharmaExperience with KPI and SLA managementStrong stakeholder relationship skills (internal & external)Understanding of process improvement and change managementAbility to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferA 6-month trial period with the intention of transitioning to a permanent positionA key role in a respected global company with a strong Nordic presenceOpportunities to develop within a high-performing and collaborative teamNext StepsIf this sounds like you, please apply by uploading your CV and a short motivation (max. 5 lines) explaining why you are interested in the role.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis, and relevant candidates will be contacted for interviews.Start date: Early January 2026For more information regarding the position, please contact:jens.maarup@pharmarelations.dk or mette.uth@pharmarelations.dkDue to GDPR, we cannot receive any CVs via e-mail.
