Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Export Coordinator to manage and support shipment operations across the MENA region. You’ll work closely with agents, stockists, couriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipping processes, complete proof of delivery (POD) for all uplifted shipments, and efficient communication with regional partners.This role requires strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as fluency in French and Arabic to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and track outgoing shipments, ensuring courier performance and timely delivery.Manage logistics operations for North African countries, including shipping, order fulfillment, stock monitoring, and e-store management.Liaise with agents, stockists, and service providers to coordinate logistics and operational requirements.Communicate and coordinate with internal departments (GSC, Finance, Business Development, Network).Obtain courier quotations and ensure cost-efficient outbound shipping.Manage POD follow-up and system updates to ensure accurate delivery records.Prepare export documents for outgoing shipments and follow up on undelivered or redirected parcels.Manage communication via WhatsApp groups and update leaders and network on shipment status.Support and train new staff and agents on shipping processes and system updates.Review POD reports regularly and resolve undelivered shipment issues promptly.Assist with monthly stock takes and support team operations during absences (packing, picking, shipping).Closely monitor and support logistics for Yemen and Syria.Handle communication in French and Arabic for both internal and external stakeholders.Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport customer service functions during company events when required.Collaborate effectively with other departments and assist in cross-functional projects.Participate in system testing (UAT) and assist with translations when needed.Provide training and support to new staff or customers as assigned.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.Several years of experience in logistics and export operations, preferably within the MENA region.Proficient in French and Arabic (both written and spoken).Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Good leadership, organization, and team coordination skills.
