Logistics & Customer Operations Specialist

We are looking for a "Logistics & Customer Operations Specialist" for our customer.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Foreign Trade & Logistics Manager in all export and shipment-related activitiesReceive and process customer and internal orders, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the systemCoordinate with the Sales Manager regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and shipment prioritiesPrepare and follow up on export documentation and shipment status with forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partnersEnsure timely and compliant execution of shipments and maintain proactive communication with all stakeholdersKeep organized records of orders, shipments, and customer communicationsAssist in resolving operational issues and contribute to process improvements within customer and logistics operationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in export operations, logistics, or customer operationsSolid understanding of international trade and shipment processesStrong communication and coordination skills across departments and with external partnersGood command of English, both written and verbalStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applicationsSolution-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentLocated in Istanbul European sideWorkforce İnsan Kaynakları ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd.Şti.Under the supervision of İşkur(Turkey Employment Organization), it is a private employment agency with license number 897 dates 14.12.2022
