Logistics Customer Support

We are seeking remote Logistics Customer Support to join our team in Mexico, who will  be responsible for ensuring the movement of freight by our carriers is coordinated according to our customer’s needs.Working Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Thursday – Sunday, 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Thursday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PMResponsibilities:Manages the customer board by:Calling carriers to confirm pick up and deliveries and advise. dispatcher/shipper/consignee of delaysEmailing/calling clients when shipments are deliveredTrack and trace merchandise to provide the latest updates quicklyEntering pro number and obtaining PODs after shipments are dropped off at our terminalsProviding PODs to billingProvides key clients with distinct customer service for specialized needsRequests missing PODs from carriers when advised by billingProvides daily reports to key clientsInforms dispatchers if appointments are required for deliverySupports dispatchers with data entry when neededRequirements:3 to 4 years of experienceLanguages: Spanish and EnglishKnowledge of Spanish and English is mandatory as our clients come from Mexico and the United States.
