Logistics & Customs Brokerage Manager

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly capable and experienced professional to lead our Logistics, Importer of Record (IOR) and Customs Brokerage operations in Cambodia. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of import/export logistics, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance, ensuring seamless service delivery for our local and international clients.The position requires an individual with a deep understanding of Cambodia’s TRC regulations, customs procedures, and import/export policies, particularly for shipments related to IT, telecommunications, and networking equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all logistics, customs brokerage, and IOR activities in Cambodia.Ensure full compliance with TRC (Telecommunication Regulator of Cambodia) requirements, as well as national import and export regulations.Coordinate with local partners/tax consultancy/ authority , customs officials, and relevant ministries for regulatory approvals and documentation.Manage end-to-end shipment processes for IT, Telco, and networking equipment, including pre-clearance checks, customs filings, and last-mile delivery.Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of customs and TRC-related documentation.Build and maintain strong working relationships with foreign clients, ensuring smooth communication and high service standards.Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders, and partners to optimize logistics costs and operational efficiency.Provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders on customs regulations and best practices.Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational performance and compliance.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, customs brokerage, or IOR management, preferably within Cambodia.Strong knowledge of Cambodian customs procedures, TRC regulations, and import/export documentation processes.Hands-on experience in handling IT, telecommunication, networking & healthcare shipments.Demonstrated ability to manage and communicate effectively with foreign clients and multinational teams.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of Khmer is an advantage.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Key CompetenciesRegulatory compliance and analytical thinkingStrong communication and negotiation skillsClient relationship managementOperational efficiency and problem-solvingLeadership and team coordinationPreferred AttributesExperience working with multinational logistics or technology companies.Familiarity with Import & Export operations in Cambodia.Strong understanding of trade compliance software or customs systems.If you believe you meet the qualifications and have the required experience, please send your CV to info@cdzlogistics.com
