Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter freight, logistics, or billing data into company systemsValidate and reconcile inputted data to ensure consistency and accuracyUpdate shipment tracking, delivery confirmations, and PODsMaintain digital records of customer and transaction informationCoordinate closely with the onshore team for real-time updates and correctionsIdentify and escalate data discrepancies or processing delaysIdeal QualificationsMinimum of years of experience in data entry, preferably within logistics or supply chainStrong attention to detail and high accuracyExcellent written communication and time management skillsProficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and/or transport management systemsComfortable working independently and under minimal supervisionWork Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (Eastwood)Schedule:
