You will be reporting into the IT Systems Manager, working closely with the wider global IT and logistics teams.What You Will Be Responsible ForSupporting the daily operation of our Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems to ensure smooth performance and availability.Working closely with IT colleagues and vendors in Japan to help resolve technical issues and improve system reliability.Collaborating with UNIQLO logistics and third-party logistics (3PL) teams to address operational challenges and suggest system improvements.Helping to create and update user guides, training materials, and operational procedures for SCM applications.Participating in discussions with logistics teams to gather business and system requirements for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related system.Assisting in project coordination activities such as scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking for SCM system enhancements.Sharing project updates and risks with team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.Skills, Experience And AttributesExperience in IT project coordination or logistics systems (SCM, WMS, etc.).Basic understanding of supply chain processes such as warehousing and inventory management.Good communication skills and willingness to work with teams across different countries.Business-level English proficiency, with the ability to explain ideas clearly in writing and speaking.Eagerness to learn and grow in a global environment.What We Can Offer You25 days holiday allowance Performance based bonus potentialProfit share schemeMeal and commuting allowance30% product discount across Fast Retailing brandsEmployer-funded pension schemeHybrid working Volunteer days – twice a yearUNIQLO is an inclusive employer and we welcome applications from all profiles, regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, disabilities or background.We take data protection very seriously and understand the importance of protecting your privacy and Personal Information.
