To lead our Fleet department, we’re looking for an experienced and hands-on leader who’s ready to take full ownership and make a real impact.THE OPPORTUNITYAs Mover’s Logistics Manager, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing fleet team that makes reliable, high-quality delivery experiences possible for our customers. You’ll own everything fleet-related – from long-term strategy to hands-on daily operations.THE JOBYour responsibilities will include:Lead and develop our team of Fleet Operations SpecialistsBuild strong relationships with drivers and contractorsManage negotiation and contract processes contractorsContinuously optimize our delivery model with a focus on quality, cost, and complianceAct as a trusted sparring partner for Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersInteract with clients and key partners to ensure operational excellenceABOUT YOUYou know logistics from the ground up - from route planning and fleet management to contractor relations and cost control. You’re motivated by operational excellence, clear processes, and seeing your team deliver real results.
