As a key member of the Cooler Master team, your role will encompass the following:Core Responsibility: Responsible for the planning, execution, and management of all logistics and warehousing activities at the Vietnam factory. This role ensures the timeliness, cost-effectiveness, and compliance of imported/exported materials, in-process materials, and finished goods transportation. Integrates resources across the supply chain to support efficient manufacturing operations.The permanent location for this Logistics Manager role is Bắc Ninh, Vietnam (with initial training/learning in Huizhou, Guangdong, China).Key Duties and Responsibilities1. Transportation and Distribution ManagementDevelop and optimize global and local transportation strategies, selecting and managing Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers to ensure competitive freight rates.Oversee the incoming and outgoing flow of all materials and finished products to ensure on-time delivery to the production line and customers.Handle international trade documentation and customs procedures, ensuring all import and export operations comply with Vietnamese and international regulations.2. Warehousing and Inventory ManagementPlan and manage the factory's warehouse layout and operational efficiency, ensuring maximum utilization of inventory space.Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) – SAP to ensure inventory data accuracy.Enforce the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle for materials, and collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to manage and handle Non-Conforming Materials.Ensure warehousing operations comply with safety, environment, and quality standards (e.g., 5S, ISO standards).3. Cross-Functional Coordination and Process OptimizationWork closely with Manufacturing, Production Planning (PC), and Materials departments to ensure material flow aligns with the production schedule.Analyze and resolve issues such as logistics bottlenecks, transportation delays, or inventory discrepancies.Implement Lean Logistics principles for continuous process optimization and logistics cost reduction.4. Team Management and Performance ReportingLead, train, and mentor the logistics team, improving professional skills and operational efficiency.Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), transportation cost ratio, warehouse space utilization, and inventory accuracy.Regularly report logistics operational performance, anomalies, and improvement plans to the direct supervisor.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.Work Experience:Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics or warehousing management in the manufacturing industry.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role; experience managing a large logistics team is preferred.In-depth knowledge of local Vietnamese customs, import/export regulations, and international trade terms (Incoterms).Professional Skills: Familiarity with SAP/ERP/WMS systems; relevant supply chain professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are preferred.Language Skills: Fluent proficiency in Chinese/English or Chinese/Vietnamese communication; proficiency in all three languages is highly advantageous.
