Job Description

Aludyne Norway is entering an exciting growth phase, driven by several new contracts that will more than double our revenue over the next two years. To succeed in this expansion, we are looking for a Logistics Manager to lead and further develop our logistics processes in a high-tech and international environment.We design and manufacture complex, safety-critical aluminum chassis components for premium automotive. With more than 100 robots and a high degree of automation, we are at the forefront of technological innovation.In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring on-time deliveries to our customers according to call-offs, by optimizing inventory build-up and production planning in a resource-efficient way. You will also be a critical contributor to the successful ramp-up of new programs – a decisive factor in achieving our growth ambitions.The position reports directly to the Managing Director and leads a team of three people.Key responsibilities:Lead and develop the logistics organization, including warehouse and transportationEnsure optimal material flow across the entire value chainMonitor and follow up on KPIs for delivery precision, inventory levels, and cost efficiencyDrive continuous improvement within logistics and supply chain processesCollaborate closely with production, planning, customers, and suppliersActively contribute to the launch and ramp-up of new programs.What we offer:A central leadership role in a global industrial group with strong growth ambitionsExciting career opportunities in an international environmentCompetitive compensation, including attractive pension and insurance schemesThe opportunity to work with leading players in the automotive industryA dynamic and inclusive workplace focused on well-being and performance.Who we’re looking for:We are seeking a structured and results-oriented leader who thrives in managing multiple processes simultaneously.
