Position: Logistics Manager and Customs Clearance Manager (Supply Chain Manager)Base Location: Abidjan, Cote d’IvoirePosition Type: Huawei Employee (sign contracts with Huawei)Job Responsibilities:Manage project supply implementation, monitor PO/project fulfillment, ensure timely, accurate, high-quality, and low-cost project supply, and support project supply compliance, and act as the project supply owner.Undertake the related strategies of the account department, align the supply with the customer in terms of planning, configuration, and B2B, aiming at the cycle, efficiency, and cost.Proactively manage supply and demand risks, design and execute simple project supply solutions, and take responsibility for the supply availability of contracts.Develop the supply sub-plan (shipment, arrival, customs clearance, delivery, supply resource preparation, etc.) Manage the implementation, identify plan and configuration changes, adjust the supply solution in a timely manner, and be responsible for the supply performance of the projectBe responsible for Huawei customs clearance, assist customers in customs clearance and transportation business execution, improve logistics efficiency, manage costs and risks, build customs relationships, customs compliance/risk management, audit management, and LSP management, and act as the owner of country customs clearance.Work Qualifications：1. 2. Familiar with the customs clearance procedures in Cote d'Ivoire.3. Possess good communication skills with port offices, port authorities, and customs.4. Have strong management capabilities for logistics resources and suppliers, including warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance.5.
