You’ll ensure timely, cost-effective logistics support from procurement to delivery, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency while adhering to safety and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Coordination: Manage end-to-end logistics for materials, equipment, and vendor services (e.g., transport, warehousing, site delivery).Vendor & Cost Management: Negotiate contracts with suppliers/carriers, track KPIs, and reduce costs while ensuring quality.Inventory & Resource Planning: Oversee inventory accuracy, storage solutions, and just-in-time delivery to project sites or properties.Technology & Reporting: Utilize ERP/WMS systems to track shipments, generate cost reports, and improve logistics workflows.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with project managers, site supervisors, procurement, and finance teams to align logistics with operational goals.Qualifications Required:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.10+ years in logistics/supply chain management, with direct experience in construction, real estate development, or property operations.Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MS Office, and data analysis.WHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
