Join ECOLAB as GBS+ Supply Chain Manager, supporting Latin America Planning and International Logistics Organizations. In this key role you will help drive regional operations strategy and commercial competitive advantage. You will deliver breakthrough service and savings by bringing these Planning and Logistics together. You will gain leadership proficiency as you scale operating models and deploy best practice that delivers commercial results.This individual will lead a team of direct reports while also influencing across the organization to drive meaningful global improvement aligned with Planning, Logistics, Commercial, and Financial objectives. The manager will facilitate ECOLAB as a place for strong talent engagement by driving positive culture and predictable product supply.This position requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills along with exposure to Latin America regional operations including Planning and International Logistics inclusive of customs and trade.
