Position Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to oversee logistics for our client's international EPC projects. This role is central to managing international engineering trade and settlement, project insurance, and the development of our global logistics subcontractor network. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive logistics support for our international project operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness from end to end.Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire tender process for logistics service procurement, including supplier pre-qualification, tender document preparation, and organizing/evaluating bids.Develop and formulate detailed project logistics execution plans. Organize and conduct logistics site surveys in destination countries to create feasible operational plans.Oversee and monitor the execution of end-to-end logistics activities, including domestic export customs clearance, ocean freight, import customs clearance in destination countries, and inland transportation.Facilitate export tax rebates, handle duty exemption applications, and maintain relevant records and trackers.Manage and supervise logistics subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.Develop and implement rationalized material shipment schedules based on project timelines, proactively monitoring logistics status and resolving exceptions.Conduct full-process logistics inquiries and provide accurate cost estimations during the project bidding phase.Lead and organize road and route surveys in project countries, compiling detailed survey reports.Research international logistics market trends to identify and capitalize on cost-reduction opportunities.Ensure subcontractor compliance with contracts, relevant laws, and quality standards, conducting regular performance evaluations.Establish, maintain, and develop a global database of qualified logistics suppliers, fostering strong supplier relationships.Support international project settlement activities in accordance with EPC contract requirements.Utilize extensive experience in the overall planning and management of international project logistics.Apply experience in logistics informatization management systems.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Engineering Management, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in EPC project/International Trade management, with at least 5 years specifically in logistics management.Solid knowledge of international project logistics and procurement; prior experience in the New Energy sector (e.g., solar, wind, energy storage) is highly preferred.In-depth understanding of international project import/export procedures, Incoterms, and customs policies.Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is mandatory. Must be capable of conducting communication, negotiations, and contract finalization in English.Strong logical thinking, excellent internal and external communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
