We are proud to have built a strong client base not only in India but also across the globe.  Key Responsibilities:  An experience person having complete knowledge of import, export, clearance, documentation, loading, invoicing etcKeep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.Organize Domestic transportation activities, including managing information accrued from point of Origin to Delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.Communicate with forwarders, transporters, shipping agencies for quotation & shipment bookingsCommunicating with trucking companies, shipping lines, customers and other Ms officeCommunicating with depots to ensure readiness of tanks and that they are fit for purpose.Coordinating and scheduling pick-up of bulk liquid products with trucking companies. Issuing instructions for export shipments.Invoicing customers and handling any queries.As an Incident Manager ensure the team does a proper root cause analysis for common / complex errors reported and work towards finding workarounds or a permanent fix within agreed time frame.Coordinate with Vessel carrier Manager for Space availability to load vehicles.Once vehicles are ok inform Driver to park it to closest vessel loading site.Giving Team Follow up & Feedback and according inform to MNG & HOD for further processCoordinate with account department customer cargo payment clearance as per mode of payment.Leadership: Shows entrepreneurship through the ability to develop and execute strategic plans. Highly Ethical Personal leadership and the development of his/her direct reports, his/her team and organisation are essential for meeting FHCS/ FGHPL strategic objectives.Contact forwarder to get Ocean price for as per container size, Port of Loading– Port of Destination, once customer confirms invoice.Once customer confirms the pricing process to Handling Key A/c's of our organizationHandling Transportation part to obtain best Transportation rates..Coordinating on Day to day basis with clients , CHA, Transporters to ensure smooth movement of cargo.Coordinating with Shipping Lines, placing booking with liners,Manifestation, Shipping instruction submission. for to process order processing and ask them to send us Packing List and Invoice copyCommunicate with forwarder for Vessel availability and once they confirm the same process to inform for making BL Payment as agree in shipping terms.Prepare final documents and send it to customer for Import clearance.The major responsibilities included:a) Documentation, Quotation, Billing, etc.b) Overall supervision of Shipment documents ( Exports by SEA & AIR) ,c) Guidance to Team members for Preparation of customs documents ( All types of shipping bills) , explain various schemes, Letters of Credit. Etc. d)To give quotations to clients, e) Coordination with Accounts Department for Bills & payment related matters & recovery of outstanding from clients.f) Coordination with Freight Forwarders, Transporters, clients for timely shipmentsCoordination with field staff ( operation team) for timely shipments,Regularly taking updates from the operation team regarding all export shipments,Informing clients regarding their shipments and providing the details of shipments to them,To keep record of the day to day movement of export shipments.To work on Leads from the Industry and convert cold calls to orders.Shipping Line:• Input Bills of lading strictly as per Workflow systemCheck Bills of Lading for accuracy of inputTo deliver ( and exceed) service delivery expectations, specifically related toIndividual & Team TimelinessUpdate GCSS-Shipment Notes with special instructions ( wherever necessary) for origin offices/countries.Ensure that all the customer codes are updated timely & correctly in accordance with countries deadline  Qualifications and Skills:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ BE in Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical EnggProven experience in Logistics, preferably in the mining tools or heavy equipment industry or any other industrial products. Candidates with mechanical background preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing procurement team. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications. Pay: Best as per Industry Benefits: Leave encashment, Provident Fund, Attractive Bonus & Incentives, etc Location: Thane (looking for nearby candidates only) Language: English (Preferred), Hindi  Why to join us: ●    Direct handling of overseas suppliers & clients●    Performance incentives on deal margin●    Opportunity to travel for buyer meetings & trade shows●    Growth path to Manager level within 18–24 months (performance based)
