Job Purpose/Overview:The Logistics Manager is a key leader responsible for both the strategic transformation and daily operational execution of the Indonesian logistics network. This individual will direct all 3PL operations, own the logistics budget, and drive continuous improvement projects to ensure operational excellence, scalability, and sustainability. The individual acts as a cross-functional leader, spearheading technology adoption and building a resilient, future-ready supply chain to support the company's growth ambitions, serving our customers across the archipelago.Key Responsibilities:3PL & Warehouse Management: Oversee all 3PL partnerships, ensuring performance meets KPIs for service, cost, cash and inventory accuracy. Manage warehouse capacity, cycle counts, and loss prevention.Continuous Improvement & Cost Management: Own the end-to-end logistics budget. Ideate and execute "Do-it-Best" projects across the logistics network to drive significant cost savings and operational excellence.Quality & Compliance: Uphold and implement all Quality, Food Safety (Q&FS), and HSE standards within the distribution network.Promotional & Cross-functional Support: Act as the logistics lead for executing sales and marketing promotions, including co-packing and timely distribution.System & Project Leadership: Serve as the Key User for logistics systems (ERP/WMS). Lead critical transformation projects, including new warehouse tenders, technology adoption, and sustainability initiatives.Strategic Distribution: Design and optimize logistics solutions for a complex, multi-channel distribution network across Indonesia archipelago.Job Specifications/Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or engineering.Fluency in English, additional language will be an advantage.APICS certification is a plus.5-8+ years’ experience in a Supply Chain/Logistics role in FMCG company, manufacturing or Consulting agency (specialized into Supply chain).Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, experience using Navision/1NAV is preferable, and experience of using office productivity software (such as Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI etc.)Broad professional & business knowledge with a track record of success, experienced in driving project transformation.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
