Logistics Manager at Tom RossauDo you want to take charge of logistics in a Danish design company with a global reach?At TOM ROSSAU, we are looking for a structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on Logistics Manager to lead and develop our logistics and warehouse operations at our Frederiksberg location.About usTOM ROSSAU designs and produces handmade lamps crafted from natural material.All our products are made in Denmark and shipped worldwide.Our team is dedicated to high quality, sustainability, and craftsmanship, working closely together to create exceptional experiences for our customers and partners.About the roleAs Logistics Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for our logistics department. You’ll be a key player in ensuring that our products are handled and delivered efficiently and with care, from production to delivery.Your main responsibilities will include:Leading and coordinating the daily operations in the logistics and warehouse departmentPlanning and optimizing shipments (single orders, pallets, and larger deliveries)Ensuring proper packaging and handling of productsManaging freight and returns, in and our the houseReceiving and registering goods and maintaining inventory levelsEnsuring effective use of digital systems and toolsContributing to continuous process and workflow improvementsYou will report to the Production Manager and collaborate closely with our production, sales, and administrative teams.About youYou thrive in an environment that values both structure and creativity.
