S/He maintains communication with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, custom brokers and others involved in the shipping and delivery of goods.Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesManage outbound activities for customer ordersManage outbound shipments, follow up with clearing and forwarding agents and monitor the turnaround time (TAT)Process and document letter of credit (LC) for shipmentsCoordinate and arrange transportation of shipments to destinationTrack shipments and update customers on a timely basisCooperate with the sales and warehouse teams for smooth execution of shipmentsCoordinate with clearing agents and customs to maximize efficiency in terms of time and qualityVerify customs documentations for exports and transfer of ownershipManage the stock movement through the warehouse management systemPerform monthly stock auditsCoordinate with the CRM and credit teams for invoicing customer ordersPrepare and maintain the warehouse petty cashPosition RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related fieldExperience3–5 years of experience in supply chain management.Strong background in logistics operations (inbound and outbound).Handles supplier communication, shipment follow-up, and customs clearance processes.Ensures all goods are received accurately and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.Oversees end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.Fluent in English with a good command of Excel for reporting and data tracking.
