Logistics Operations Manager - Mandarin Speaker

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop productive relationships with local logistics vendors, ensuring optimal service levels.Research on solutions of all fulfillment & logistics operations, including the readiness for peak seasons to maintain business continuity.Optimize logistics solutions to deliver cost-effective shipping opportunities.Support the overseas logistics team in process optimization for import operations and handle daily customs clearance exceptions, ensuring smooth operations.Analyze operations and propose innovative solutions to further optimize delivery processes and cost savings.Position RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in a top logistics and warehousing company, preferably with 3PL management experience in a top e-commerce logistics company. Experience in e-commerce customer projects is preferred.Fluent in English and Mandarin.Ability to work under pressure and manage logistics during periods of high demand.Excellent problem solving skills, strategic thinking and ability to adapt quickly.Negotiation skills to manage relationships with suppliers.
