As an experienced leader, you will play a key role in fostering strong client relationships and driving effective people management.What does your day look like:Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflowsHold overall responsibility for operational costs and revenue, ensuring budget compliance and profitabilityAct as a point of contact for the client, maintaining strong communication and fostering a collaborative partnershipMonitor and analyze KPIs and SLAs to ensure performance aligns with contractual agreements and operational targets, and if necessary, initiate countermeasuresLead and develop the team onsite, ensuring effective performance management and professional growthManage the recruitment and onboarding of new team members to support business growthContinuous process improvement What do you need to be successful:Strong experience in a similar role in the logistics/supply chain sectorIn-depth knowledge of logistics processes and automation is crucialProven track record in managing and developing large teamsFluent level of German and English is mandatoryStrong analytical mindset, high level of resilience, and excellent communication skillsUnlock the potential of your future!Your future work environmentYou will work in an informal and dynamic environment with motivated colleagues.
