Logistics Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Manager on behalf of our client, a foreign-capitalized and corporate company operating in the manufacturing sector, to manage end-to-end logistics operations.🔍 QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree from relevant departments,Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management,Advanced proficiency in English,Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office applications,Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset and team management experience,Possesses a valid driver’s license and is an active driver,For male candidates: military service must be completed (if applicable).Candidates are expected to reside in or be willing to relocate to the Tekirdağ region.🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Logistics Process ManagementCoordinate with production, procurement, and sales departments to manage the complete flow of materials and finished products,Ensure effective and timely planning and execution of shipments,Develop projects to increase efficiency in storage and transportation processes.2. Operational Monitoring & Performance ReportingAnalyze logistics costs and manage the budgeting process,Monitor the performance of transportation providers using measurable KPIs and reporting tools,Control and evaluate raw material and finished goods stock reports regularly.3.
