SC Johnson Professional® is a business unit within SC Johnson, a leading manufacturer of quality, trusted products since 1886.About the Role:The Associate Manager, Logistics Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimising logistics operations across Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on warehouse management and secondary transportation. This role delivers exceptional customer service at the lowest operational cost while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and company standards. Acting as the key interface between SC Johnson Professional and logistics service providers (LSPs), the role drives continuous improvement, operational excellence and will deliver on aggressive budget expectations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and stakeholder management, analytical acumen, and a deep understanding of Lean principles to support strategic distribution modelling and enhance logistics capabilities across the region.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage LSP(s)/3PL to meet budget and operational key performance indicators (KPIs). Manage inbound and outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and warehouse safety complianceManage 3x 3PL’s DCs in APAC network, including contracts and pricing plus manage 4PL in Malaysia (MY)Manage and coordinate supply chain activities with the new 4PL in MY Deliver on budget expectations and identify cost-saving opportunities through sustainable continuous improvement without compromising service quality.Lead risk assessments and contingency planning for supply chain disruptions.Route to market optimizationDevelop deep functional and sustainable capability in OperationsPartner with the wider Supply Chain function to ensure the business priorities are delivered in Logistics OperationsProvide analysis, insight and predictive measures into Logistics performance and business impactWhat You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain ManagementMinimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations and LSP management, preferably in FMCG and with 3PL management experienceIn-depth knowledge of demand and supply chain principles and 3PL/LSP managementExperience in management of dangerous goods transportation and storage Strong people leadership skills and experienceAbility to build strong business partnerships and foster external collaborationSignificant experience with Lean practices; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferredUnderstanding of import/export logistics, freight forwarding, and dangerous goods regulationsProficiency with ERP - SAP essential for the position Exceptional MS Excel skills What You’ll Get in Return:SC Johnson’s is committed to providing a Great Place to Work for all its employees.
