Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baghdad for a Logistics Operator. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating material handling, dispatching, and inventory management. Additionally, you will manage shipments, ensure smooth delivery processes, handle customer service inquiries, and optimize logistics workflows. You will also collaborate closely with carriers and shippers to maintain operational efficiency and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Material Handling and Inventory Management to ensure efficient organization and tracking of goods.Strong skills in Dispatching and Logistics Management to coordinate shipment schedules and streamline operations.Excellent Customer Service abilities to respond effectively to customer inquiries and resolve any logistics-related concerns.Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.Familiarity with digital logistics platforms, GPS tracking systems, and supply chain operations is a plus.Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English are highly desirable.Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or transportation role is preferred.
