Logistics Optimisation Lead – Auckland, NZDeliver seamless logistics integration across warehousing & transportTranslate complex data into actionable change & measurable outcomesAlign systems, KPIs & people to create one optimised Asahi networkYour ImpactAs Logistics Optimisation Lead, you’ll take the reins on delivering key integration initiatives to harmonise our warehouse and transport operations at a National Level. You’ll turn strategy into action - connecting warehousing, transport, planning and third-party manufacturing into a unified, high-performing supply chain. This role is all about execution: using data, systems knowledge, and stakeholder alignment to drive smarter, faster, and more efficient logistics operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of integration initiatives, ensuring pace, alignment, and measurable impact by partnering closely with our 3PL partners.Engage cross-functional teams across operations, procurement, finance, IT and commercial to embed change.Align warehousing footprints, transport networks, routing rules, and SOPs across our business unitsModel commercial impacts, costs, and performance improvements to support decision-making.Define and align KPIs across cost, service, quality, and safety to ensure sustainable success.Coach teams and 3PLs through transitions, embedding new ways of working and capability uplift.About YouProven experience in logistics, warehousing, transport or supply chain operationsStrong track record delivering integration, transformation, or merger-related initiatives under pressure.Excellent understanding of WMS, planning systems and data-driven decision making.Skilled in stakeholder management, project delivery, and change adoption.Pragmatic and resilient communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management or Commerce (or proven equivalent experience).Why Asahi Beverages?At Asahi Beverages, we're passionate about crafting more than just drinks - we craft moments of connection, celebration, and shared enjoyment.
