Job Title: Warehouse Logistics Planner – Inbound & Outbound (SAP)Company: KORTECHLocation: St Paul, MN - ON-SITE ONLYSchedule: Monday - Friday, 1st shiftWhy this role mattersYou’ll be the control tower for all product flowing in and out of our warehouse. By owning the inbound → storage → outbound process in SAP EWM/ECC, you keep production lines running, customers happy, and compliance risks lowWhat you’ll doInbound (60%)Receive freight in SAP EWM, verify quantities/batches, generate handling units (HU), and release stock.Inspect MSRs for HazMat, create inbound deliveries if missing, and file discrepancy or hold reports when quality issues arise.Troubleshoot system or data errors (Papps, PO/STO/SO mismatches); escalate or open IT tickets when required.Outbound (40 %)Consolidate full truck load.Create metric to track #loads, contents in the truck, what site is sending what to us, etc.Drop warehouse tasks (FIFO) for operators, manage special expedites, and coordinate dock scheduling.Prioritize loads with Quality/Supervision, ensure end-of-day door reconciliation in SAP, and post goods issue (GI) on final BOL.Maintain shared shipment tracker and respond to POD/BOL inquiries via group email/chat.Continuous supportFacilitate weekly deep-dives on delivery issues, cross-train on inbound tasks, and keep office/warehouse supplies stocked.Qualifications2+ years in warehouse, logistics, or supply-chain planning.Solid knowledge of end-to-end supply-chain management—purchasing, transportation, inventory control, and customer delivery.Hands-on experience with SAP EWM/ECC (inbound deliveries, HU management, warehouse tasks).Proficiency with Excel Strong analytical skills and a knack for troubleshooting data or process exceptions.Clear, concise written and verbal communication; able to triage group email and escalate when needed.Physical & work environmentOffice-to-dock setting with frequent walking and occasional pallet or box handling (≤ 30 lbs).PPE provided; strict adherence to site safety and quality procedures is required.In person only - no remote work and no relocation package offered.What we offerCompetitive pay with annual performance reviews401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off, paid holidaysCareer development and cross-training opportunitiesReady to apply?Email your résumé to Conrad@kortech.com with “Logistics Planner” in the subject line
