Make your move, Join us!Job DescriptionMain MissionsDesign, optimize, and document internal and external material flow conceptsDefine packaging standards, line-feeding strategies, and supermarket/replenishment loopsSupport new product launches and capacity changes with logistics feasibility analysesCollaborate with production, engineering, quality, and suppliers to ensure on-time and cost-efficient material availabilityMonitor logistics KPIs and identify improvement opportunitiesEnsure compliance with OEM logistics standards and customer requirementsContribute to layout planning, storage strategy, and overall logistics footprint optimizationQualificationsKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of automotive logistics processes (inbound, internal flows, line-feeding, packaging, shipping)Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM)Ability to analyze data and translate production requirements into robust logistics conceptsExperience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP is a plus)Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skillsProblem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environmentsProject management capabilities (launches, layout changes, new flows)Additional InformationAt SEGULA Technologies, diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of our HR policy.
